Inviting people

Invite teammates by email from Settings, Team. They receive a link to accept and join your workspace. Once in, they share the same sites, reports, and history; PageReflect is multi-tenant per organization, so people only ever see the workspaces they belong to.

Roles

There are three working roles. Owners and admins manage the workspace: they invite and remove people, manage billing, and issue or revoke API keys. Members can run audits, read reports, and work the Actions board, but cannot manage keys, billing, or other people.

The owner is the account that created the workspace. Sensitive actions (API keys, billing, team management) are restricted to owners and admins.

Removing access

Owners and admins can remove a member from Settings, Team, which revokes their access immediately. A member can also leave a workspace themselves; see Account & sessions. The sole owner of a workspace cannot leave it without first handing ownership over.
