Sharing reports & PDFs

Any report can be shared with a public link. Turn sharing on for a report under Settings, Distribution, Shared reports. PageReflect mints a public token, and anyone with the resulting link can view the report without an account.

The link stays live until you turn sharing off again; there is no automatic expiry. Revoke it the moment a report should no longer be public.

From a report, export a PDF. Generation runs in the background; the download is ready a few moments later and is also available from the report's recent PDFs.

You can set a cover image, hide sections you do not want in the export, and choose the paper size and a light or dark color mode. Combine this with your own logo and accent color from White-label & branding to hand a client a report that looks like yours.

Everyone in your workspace can see every report in the organization while signed in, regardless of who ran the audit. People outside your workspace only ever see a report through a public share link. See Managing your team for roles.
