Billing & the customer portal
Upgrading
Upgrade to the paid plan from the pricing page or the upgrade prompt in the app. Checkout is handled by Stripe; you can pay monthly or yearly, and the yearly option is billed at a lower effective monthly rate. Access to paid features turns on as soon as the subscription is active.
The customer portal
Manage an existing subscription in the customer portal, reachable from your billing settings. From there you can update your payment method, change between monthly and yearly, download invoices, and cancel. Cancelling leaves paid features active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
When you hit a limit
When you reach a plan limit, the action is blocked with a clear reason rather than failing silently: hitting the site cap or the monthly run cap shows an upgrade prompt explaining which limit you reached. Upgrading raises the limits immediately. See Plans & quotas for the numbers.
